Datei Grotesk grew out of an extended survey of grotesque and neo-grotesque history, aiming for clear shapes and effortless readability rather than novelty. Slightly straight-sided letterforms give it a subtle industrial flair without tipping into cold rigidity, across eight weights with matching italics.
