An all-capitals revival of a widely circulated sixteenth-century titling roman, first associated with Peter Schoeffer's son and used across Europe for well over a century.
About
The original type achieved exceptional reach across Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, England and Holland, yet had never before received a modern revival. Epigrammata includes capitals, figures, punctuation and ornaments, but no lowercase, making it suited strictly to titling, display and decorative applications. Its historical lineage and the rarity of the revival give the typeface genuine distinction.
