A display typeface reviving the hand lettering of early 20th-century Hungarian architect Lajos Kozma, with crisp outlines and deliberately uneven proportions drawn from fat Didone tradition.
About
Márton Hegedűs sourced the uppercase forms directly from Kozma's original drawings, preserving their irregular proportions while eliminating any trace of hand-drawn softness. Lowercase characters were constructed to match, drawing on fat Didone models as the closest stylistic relatives to Kozma's lettering style. The result pairs historical specificity with a controlled, contemporary finish across two weights.
Classification
A display typeface with high-contrast letterforms rooted in fat Didone typography, with uppercase characters revived from early 20th-century Hungarian hand lettering and lowercase drawn after fat Didone conventions. Its deliberately uneven proportions and crisp outlines place it firmly in the display category.
