Blits specimen from ParaType

A tightly condensed display face from Alexey Chekulaev at Double Alex Font Studio, derived from Neville Brody's Industria and released in 1995.

About

Designed in 1995 at Double Alex Font Studio, Blits takes Brody's Industria as its starting point, pushing the letterforms into an extreme vertical compression with bold geometric cutouts. Two styles are offered. The result is a stark, high-contrast display face suited to headline use where a strong, narrow silhouette is required.

Classification

The specimen shows extremely tall, narrow letterforms with dramatic vertical stress and sharp geometric cutouts, consistent with a display face derived from Neville Brody's Industria. The condensed, experimental character places it firmly in the display category.
