Jomleh
NoonFont · Saeed Haqiqat · 2025

A single-weight Persian display typeface combining sharp geometric angles with curves, evoking old Iranian typographic traditions for use in poster and headline settings.
About
Designed by Saeed Haqiqat in Naser Khadem's 2024 type design class, Jomleh takes its formal cue from the «ـه» letterform, splitting each character into sharp and curved halves. The result sits between serious and fantastical, making it suited to film and advertising work rather than extended reading. Dots are offered in two styles, square or circular, and alternate letterforms plus multi-letter combinations extend its expressive range.
Classification
A single-weight Arabic/Persian display typeface with a dramatic mix of sharp angles and curves, intended for headlines and posters. Its expressive, semi-fantasy character places it firmly in the display category with no text-setting purpose.
