Kopius takes Herbert Thannhaeuser's Liberta, an Antiqua cut for East Germany's VEB Typoart, as a starting point and updates its proportions for contemporary use. Slightly curved stems and brush-like serif shapes keep the relaxed, open character across a full weight range and a Condensed companion.
