About

Jam Grotesque is inspired by Helvetica and Neue Haas Unica, the two faces the foundry names, and keeps their flat terminals and closed, tidy shapes. The extra light is fine and cool, and the black gets dense and loud at display sizes. Expect the familiar Swiss look, set neutral, for branding, editorial and interface work.

Classification

Horizontal terminals, closed apertures, a spurred G and an even stroke follow the Helvetica model closely. It is a neo-grotesque in the Swiss tradition, with matching italics.
