Sirca Display translates Walter Käch's mid-century models – first published in Schriften, Lettering, Écritures (1949) – into a concise family of Regular, Medium and Bold. All three weights share an identical serif structure, an unusual decision that gives the family a unified collective tone. The Bold is drawn with weight pushed inward, producing a denser silhouette that recalls the condensed phototype display faces of the late 1960s.
