About
Mesa Lane takes its visual cue from early twentieth-century Viennese exhibition typography, reinterpreted with a looser, more relaxed sensibility suited to contemporary display use. The single-weight design was drawn gradually over two years, giving it a personal, hand-lettered quality that sits between historical revival and casual boldness. It is the tenth release from Damn Type Co, and carries a single-user desktop licence for both personal and commercial use.
