Orbikular bridges Transitional and Scotch Roman serifs with ball terminals, high x-height, vertical stress and high contrast throughout its range. Designed by Mark Bloom and released in January 2021, it covers six weights from ExtraLight to ExtraBold, each with a matching italic, and ships as a variable font for precise weight control. Suited to magazines, books and branding, it performs well at body sizes and scales convincingly to display.
