Format 1452 takes DIN's utilitarian character and rebuilds it from modules, skipping the optical correction that would normally smooth over the joins. Frank Adebiaye's condensed construction leaves the occasional rough edge in place deliberately, with the foundry shrugging off any resulting oddities as a feature rather than a bug.
