Façade
Velvetyne · Éléonore Fines · 2021

A geometric display face traced from the architectural grid of the ÉSAD Orléans school facade.
About
Façade began as the visual identity for ÉSAD Orléans' open days, its first sketches lifted directly from the grid of the school building's facade. Éléonore Fines kept that grid as the spirit behind every weight: Sud stays close to the source architecture, while Ouest, Est and Sud Ouest pull further away. The name nods to façadisme, the practice of preserving only a building's exterior.
Classification
Traces its grid back to the facade of the ÉSAD Orléans building, originally drawn for the school's open-day identity. The Sud weight stays faithful to the architecture; the others drift further from it.
