displayflared serif / art deco display

A flared, art deco-inflected display serif in nine weights, its capitals rooted in a 1913 library plaque.
About
Mausoleum grew out of an earlier typeface, Whittington, itself sparked by letter shapes spotted on a library plaque with Art Deco and Serif Gothic overtones. Revisited years later, it gained a considered lowercase and a full weight range from Thin to Black. Best suited to headlines and display work that wants an ornamental, period edge.
Classification
Flared serif terminals combined with uncial-influenced capitals and art deco proportions place Mausoleum in the display category rather than as a text serif.
