About
Mostra Nuova is based on lettering seen on Italian art deco posters and advertising of the 1930s, tempered with optical adjustments so the geometry doesn't read as too mechanical. Simonson first released a caps-only version as Mostra in 2001; Mostra Nuova adds more weights, better language support and a lowercase, plus dozens of alternate characters ranging from plain to heavily stylised.
