MegaMegaTypeType
A seven-weight old-style serif that reduces Caslon's details to a sharper, more deliberate contemporary structure.
About
Serva reworks Caslon's old-style foundations through reduction: simplified details, tightened terminals and carefully managed contrast produce a familiar but more controlled texture. Seven weights and a variable axis adapt it from spacious display use to denser editorial settings, aimed at modern branding and editorial systems that value consistency over flourish.
Classification
Takes Caslon's old-style structure and simplifies the details, tightening terminals and moderating contrast for a cleaner, more contemporary serif suited to both branding and editorial text.
