Say So specimen from Type Brut

A conceptual typeface inspired by Robert Rauschenberg's 1961 telegram to Iris Clert, in which the act of declaration itself constitutes the portrait.

About

Designed as a direct response to Rauschenberg's work, every character in the font is described as a portrait of Iris Clert, extending his conceptual premise into the typographic realm. The set includes capitals, numerals, punctuation, symbols, discretionary ligatures and common Latin accents. It is available as a free download.

Classification

Described explicitly as conceptual type, with a display orientation implied by its art-conceptual origins and character set limited to capitals, numbers, punctuation and symbols.
