Zmrok specimen from Tekio

A high-contrast display serif with bifurcated serifs and fine detail drawn from stone engraving traditions.

About

Zmrok takes its visual cues from classical lapidary lettering, translating the precision of stone-cut forms into a typeface suited to expressive display use. The bifurcated serifs and high stroke contrast give it a distinctive, ornate quality that separates it from conventional revival serifs. Currently available as a single Display cut in Regular weight.

Classification

High-contrast Roman letterforms with bifurcated serifs and stone engraving roots place this firmly in the display serif category, drawing on classical lapidary traditions with expressive, decorative detail.
