SansBeam specimen from Stawix Foundry

A Thai and Latin geometric sans-serif released in 2016, split into Head and Body optical subfamilies across 15 weights with italics, totalling 60 styles.

About

Designed to follow Stawix Ruecha's earlier Amsi release, SansBeam addresses the common layout problem of matching font weight to context by providing a continuous weight range from Hair to Ultra in both headline and body optical variants. The two subfamilies share a unified design language, making them compatible with one another and with other Stawix families. Coverage extends across Latin Western and Central/Eastern European scripts, Turkish and Thai, with OpenType features including stylistic sets, fractions and tabular figures.

Classification

A clean, low-contrast geometric sans-serif with two optical subfamilies (Head and Body) spanning an exceptionally wide weight range, designed for both headline and body text use across Latin and Thai scripts.
