Designed by Yorlmar Campos at RNS Fonts, Alameda pairs the extreme stroke contrast of the Bodoni-Didot lineage with distinctive drop terminals that give the face an ornamental character suited to headlines and editorial display work. The current offering comprises one Roman style, with an italic variant announced as forthcoming. OpenType features include stylistic alternates, case-sensitive forms, standard ligatures and fractions.
