Pofak specimen from NoonFont

A rounded, puffy Persian/Arabic display typeface across nine weights, inspired by the Iranian corn snack Pofak Namaki and designed to carry warmth without sacrificing legibility.

About

Each letterform draws on the airy, inflated texture of the namesake snack, with curves and proportions carefully tuned to remain readable even at small sizes. The family ships with a broad OpenType feature set allowing selection between Persian, Arabic and tabular numerals, vertical numeral alignment, and alternate forms for several common characters. A variable font is included in the Pro package alongside all nine static weights.

Classification

A rounded, playful Arabic/Persian script-influenced display typeface with a hand-feel aesthetic. Its puffy, inflated letterforms place it firmly in the display category, though it retains sufficient structure for short text use.
