A tall, shaded condensed sans with the flavour of 1950s eastern European posters.
About
Tatras Shaded is a narrow, upright sans with a shade line running through each stroke, drawn from the lettering of mid-century Hungary, Poland, Czechia and the Balkans. Two sets of letterforms, A and B, sit in one variable font across five weights, so it can switch character without switching family. It wants to be set big, on posters and packaging.
Classification
Sold as an in-progress release on Future Fonts (v0.1, dormant but still on sale). A tall, condensed mid-century sans with an inline shade cut into each stroke. Variable font across five weights, Thin to Medium, with B alternates and case-sensitive punctuation through OpenType.
