Graviola Soft specimen from Harbor Type

A 16-style rounded sans-serif by Henrique Beier, with fully redrawn stems and terminals that give it a warmth distinct from a simple corner-rounding treatment.

About

Rather than mechanically rounding an existing design, Beier redrew every stem and terminal of his Graviola typeface to create Graviola Soft, resulting in curved diagonal strokes that feel organic rather than processed. The family spans Thin to Black with matching italics, making the intermediate weights serviceable for body text whilst the extreme weights perform well at display sizes. Stylistic alternates across two sets allow customisation of key characters including a, v, w, y, G and the ampersand.

Classification

A rounded sans-serif derived from the designer's Graviola typeface, with fully redrawn stems and terminals rather than simply rounded corners, giving it a warm, organic quality across all weights.
