FF Marselis Slab specimen from FontFont

Jan Maack's slab-serif extension of FF Marselis, released by FontFont in 2013.

About

FF Marselis Slab puts sturdy square serifs on the open, slightly bouncy Marselis letters, which gives it more weight on the page than the sans. It keeps the family's outward-curving diagonals and spur-free b and q. Good for packaging, logos and web headlines, and it pairs naturally with the sans and serif versions.

Classification

Slab-serif member of Jan Maack's FF Marselis family, released through FontFont in 2013. Square serifs on the same open, geometric-humanist frame as the sans. Four weights with italics and full figure sets.
