MegaMegaTypeType
A humanist slab serif by Michael Abbink and Paul van der Laan, released by FontFont in 2013 as the slab member of the FF Kievit superfamily.
About
FF Kievit Slab came out of a four-year collaboration to give FF Kievit a slab companion, with each glyph reworked for density and balance. It is sturdy and clear but keeps the sans's friendly, humanist base. Works for headlines and text alike, especially in identities already using Kievit.
Classification
Humanist slab serif adapted from Michael Abbink's FF Kievit sans, with character shapes and stroke contrast revised rather than serifs simply bolted on. Nine weights from Thin to Black with italics.
