Roman capitals built stroke by stroke in colour, after Edward Catich.
About
Catich Color is a free colour font for learning how Roman capitals are made. Each letter is built from brush strokes in the order Edward Catich traced in the Trajan's Column inscription, and every stroke has its own colour, so the construction is plain to see. Grey and solid versions and stylistic sets with outlines and proportion guides come with it.
Classification
Free colour font of Roman capitals built from Gen Ramírez's brush strokes, following Edward Catich's account of how the Trajan's Column inscription was first written with a brush. Each stroke sits on its own colour layer. Two colour fonts and one solid (Regular, Gray, Dark); stylistic sets add outlines and proportional guides. Made for teaching Roman capitals at Type@Cooper.
