MegaMegaTypeType
A single-weight geometric sans-serif Bold with an unusually generous set of discretionary ligatures, including word-level substitutions for common articles and prepositions.
About
Sancremo is offered in one Bold weight with broad Latin language coverage spanning over two dozen European languages. Its most distinctive feature is an extensive library of discretionary ligatures, covering not only common letter pairs but also full word-forms such as 'the', 'and', 'for' and their lowercase equivalents. Oldstyle figures and basic fractions round out the OpenType feature set.
Classification
The name and glyph set suggest a clean geometric sans-serif design; the single Bold weight and extensive discretionary ligature set point to a display-oriented geometric style.
