Dx Lucero is a calligraphic script from Dirty Line Studio built on an irregular, dancing baseline to give text a hand-lettered feel. It ships with a solid OpenType feature set – discretionary ligatures, swash characters, four stylistic sets and PUA encoding – which gives it more flexibility than its price suggests. The aesthetic is capable within the genre but sits in a crowded field of similar calligraphic scripts with little to distinguish it from dozens of comparable offerings.
