Mekka began with the painted road lettering of Lyon's bus network and keeps the rigid, mechanical structure of those many painted BUS markings, with an echo of Rodchenko. It comes in three widths, and its ligatures stress the vertical so a word can be worked like an image. 567 glyphs.
