About
Vanilla Sans started as an attempt to design the most generic font possible and ended up quietly expressive instead. Eight weights with matching italics come loaded with stylistic alternates, arrows, circled numerals and a full set of pattern glyphs, giving a plain-looking family real range underneath.
Classification
Built as a deliberately neutral geometric workhorse, it sits with the geometric sans family despite the foundry's playful claim of being unopinionated.
