Designed by Ralph du Carrois and Anja Meiners in collaboration with Erik Spiekermann, the family balances emotional warmth with technical precision across 30 static fonts. The 'smiling e' serves as a typographic counterpart to CEWE's existing script logo, grounding the family in the brand's identity. Production was handled by Fontwerk, with the brief centred on media-independent licensing and long-term scalability.
