About
Epure keeps the proportions and construction of the French Renaissance serifs and draws them with an even stroke. The result has soft geometry and odd little details, such as flower and star dots in the stylistic sets. Five weights from Hairline to Medium come with italics; it is an early Future Fonts release, with text and monospaced versions planned.
Classification
A Garamond and Granjon reinterpretation with the stroke contrast stripped out. It keeps old-style proportions and construction but renders them as a monoline, which puts it between a Garalde and a soft slab-like display serif.
