Gruwel is a display typeface by Dutch designer Peter Roeleveld, channelling the raw energy of underground techno through sharply angular letterforms with edges described as resembling animal fangs. The 116-glyph set covers full upper and lowercase Latin, numerals, punctuation, arrows and mathematical operators, available in a single Regular weight. It suits editorial headlines, poster work and brand applications with a deliberate underground or dark-culture aesthetic.
