Cardinal spans Wide, Regular, Semi Condensed, Condensed and Extra Condensed widths, each offered in eight weights with matching italics, totalling over 80 styles. The design draws consciously on both the Neue Sachlichkeit grotesque tradition and vernacular painted lettering, with OpenType alternates including a monoline contrast mode, alternate G, K, Q and R forms, single-storey 'a' and thin or thick furniture variants. Glyph coverage extends across Latin Extended-A and -B with broad diacritic support.
