Viscera poses a single design question: what would a typeface look like if it embodied the concept of life? Informed by artists who challenge traditional definitions of sculpture, the design captures rawness and vitality while interrogating the duality of positive and negative space. Three alternate glyph sets allow the forms to shift substantially, pushing the question of whether a typeface remains a typeface as it changes shape.
