Designed in collaboration with DICE and EA, BF_MODERNISTA provides Battlefield 2042 with a distinctive typographic identity rooted in sharp 45-degree angles that run throughout its letterforms. The family covers a complete upper and lowercase Latin character set, numerals, spacing pairs, ligatures and extended Latin support for Polish, Russian, Turkish and Czech. Its strong, angular forms are intended to project a near-future military aesthetic consistent with the game's narrative world.
