MegaMegaTypeType
An upright italic with high stroke contrast and narrow proportions, drawn on broad-nib calligraphic principles and now expanded to eight styles including a variable font.
About
Originally released in 2018 with four styles, TT Nooks Script has been substantially revised to 773 glyphs per style, seven static weights and a variable font spanning the full weight range. The design is distinguished by its pointed uppercase details, rounded lowercase forms, diamond-shaped punctuation and flared diagonal strokes, with Cyrillic letterforms carrying noticeably more ornamental detail than their Latin counterparts. It covers over 230 languages and suits packaging, covers, posters and branding at medium to large sizes.
Classification
An upright italic built on broad-nib calligraphic principles, with high stroke contrast, narrow proportions and calligraphic terminals. Despite its calligraphic roots, it sits firmly in the script category as a display face with no slant.
