UFO Ghost

About

UFO Ghost turns contrast upside down, with heavy horizontals on thin, tall verticals, and lines its capitals up with its ascenders. Little ink traps and tight counters keep it crisp large. The variable slant runs 10 degrees either way, so it can tip back as well as forward, with ligatures and alternates for posters and packaging.

Classification

Tall, narrow reverse-contrast sans, with horizontals heavier than verticals and small ink traps. Uppercase and ascenders share a height. A variable slant axis leans it back or forward by up to 10 degrees, with Back Slanted, Regular and Slanted statics.
