About

Cosmos Deco captures the clean lines and bold curves of Mexico City's early twentieth-century golden age of cinema architecture, with an uppercase built for heading impact and a lowercase with wide apertures for comfortable reading. Over 800 glyphs, stylistic alternates, small caps and both tabular and old-style figures suit editorial, museum and packaging use.

Classification

Modelled on architect Carlos Crombé's sketches for Mexico City's Cine Cosmos facade, an Art Deco sans with wide apertures for readability at text sizes.
