RL Gruezi (Grüezi Grotesk) takes its bones from historic Genzsch & Heyse faces like Blockschrift, Botha and Amerikanische Grotesk, then adds humanist warmth and revived stroke variations that early digital type left behind. Seven weights with italics and broad multilingual support make it workable across branding, editorial and signage.

The foundry classes it a Grotesk, built on early European modernist models like Blockschrift and Amerikanische Grotesk from the Genzsch & Heyse foundry, with humanist touches added.
