An informal pen-script typeface designed for ITC in 1990, with a Cyrillic extension added by ParaType in 1994.
About
Based on casual pen handwriting, the design suits advertising and display typography rather than extended text. The monoline stroke gives it a relaxed, approachable character suited to posters, children's books and seasonal material. The Cyrillic version was developed by Elvira Slysh at ParaType (then ParaGraph) four years after the original Latin release.
Classification
A monoline informal script based on casual pen handwriting, intended for display and advertising use rather than formal calligraphy. The flowing, connected letterforms are characteristic of mid-century informal brush and pen script faces.
