About
Designed by Oleg Karpinsky in 2005, Ariergard Rondo supplements his earlier Ariergard with sharply geometric construction and circular round letters. Antique Cyrillic features distinguish the design: the Н carries a diagonal stroke, uppercase У and Ч are equilateral, and both lowercase г and т have ascenders. The family spans five weights from Book to Heavy, aimed at advertising and display contexts.
