Secant

About

Secant lifts its crossbars high, Vienna Secession style, then strips letters back to rune-like strokes. It is one style and built for titles, signage and posters where a strange, architectural voice is the point.

Classification

All caps with the high waistlines of Viennese Jugendstil and runic constructions: an N with no diagonal, a split Y and a crossed R. Two stylistic sets offer alternates.
