Designed by Vahid Yaghoblo and developed by Amin Abedi, Sepid uses a monoline construction with interrupted stems to create a sense of rhythm rarely seen in geometric Arabic type. Despite its modern structure, the letterforms retain a connection to traditional calligraphy, balancing classical proportions with clean geometric forms. It includes alternate characters and ligatures, making it well suited to advertising, branding and social media contexts.
