Originally created as a personal typeface by Hadi Arjmand to give his graphic work a distinctive visual identity, Atabay captures the improvisational energy of brush calligraphy through letters drawn individually and joined digitally. The designer deliberately avoids the standard connection conventions of Persian fonts, lending the typeface an irregular, hand-drawn quality. Available in a three-weight Pro edition and a single-weight Eco edition, it is suited to poster, cover and editorial display contexts.
