About
Stellar was conceived specifically to address the typographic demands of gender-equitable language, particularly the Genderstern (gender asterisk) used in German. As a variable font, it allows the size and position of gender characters to be adjusted fluidly within text. Inktraps and calligraphic stroke endings give the design its voice, while its construction ensures legibility at small sizes.
