A flat-nib medieval blackletter with two optical sizes and unusually broad script coverage spanning Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Georgian, Arabic and Hebrew.
About
Built on the contrast between condensed lowercase letters and large decorative uppercases designed to double as drop capitals, Kingfall draws on calligraphic tradition while adding rough bends and hard edges that suggest hammered iron rather than careful penmanship. Two optical subfamilies address different use scales: 'Blessed' with high contrast for display settings, and 'Dark' with medium contrast for smaller text. Six styles in total cover over 500 languages across six scripts, supported by manual PostScript hinting.
