About
Proxima Nova Arabic was commissioned to give Proxima Nova a genuine Arabic counterpart rather than a mechanically Latinised one. Apelian and Morcos worked to balance the calligraphic and geometric, producing a script with the look and feel of a modern sans that still reads as properly Arabic, across the same eight weights from Thin to Black.
Classification
An Arabic script companion built to sit alongside a Latin grotesque sans, so it's classed sans-serif to match its Proxima Nova pairing.
