Felt Tip Woman

scripthandwriting facsimile

A handwriting facsimile based on graphic designer Pat Thompson's own hand, named after a misheard remark about Felt Tip Roman.
About
Felt Tip Woman digitises the handwriting of graphic designer Pat Thompson. The name comes from a mix-up: an editor mistook a book set in Felt Tip Roman for handwriting by Thompson and called it 'Felt Tip Woman', which stuck as the name once Thompson's own writing became the basis for a new font.
Classification
A digitised facsimile of a named designer's handwriting, kept in script alongside the other Felt Tip fonts.
