About
Crank 8 was built around a tension between machine manufacture and human touch, drawing on utilitarian, historical and contemporary references simultaneously. Five weights are named on a numeric scale from Minus Two to Plus Five, each with a matching italic, totalling ten styles. The typeface supports basic Latin and is available in OTF, EOT, WOFF and WOFF2 formats.
