TheSans Typewriter specimen from LucasFonts

A friendly monospaced typewriter face with slightly distorted outlines, avoiding the usual heavy-handed distressed typewriter look.

About

TheSans Typewriter takes the typewriter genre and softens it: slightly irregular outlines suggest mechanical typing without tipping into the scratched, ink-blotted look most typewriter fonts default to. Two weights with italics cover the format's usual range.

Classification

A monospaced typewriter face with deliberately imperfect outlines, distinct from the usual distressed 'dirty typewriter' genre.
